What data does the Zamna service use?
The Zamna service allows airline partners to use travel identity documents (passport, national ID, driving license, loyalty membership) and any other data needed for travel approval (Visa, ETA, health tests and declarations).
Can Zamna see my data?
At no point can Zamna systems see your data. Zamna only uses anonymised data.
How is permission granted to share data?
Your consent is obtained when your data is first used by an airline you travel with or their partner health providers and we ensure your consent is obtained when a request to use your data is made. You remain in full control of where and when your data is used. This is mandatory for all airlines or health providers working with Zamna.
Your rights
You have various rights in relation to your data, for example, the right to request access to your data or that your data be deleted. You can also withdraw your consent at any time. You can exercise any of your rights against the airlines or health providers that hold your information in a personally identifiable form. If, for example, you withdraw your consent or your data is deleted by an airline, that airline will not be able to use the Zamna service. You cannot submit requests to Zamna as we never know who you are; your data is stored in anonymous form to protect you.
